Nestled in the heart of the Brightmoor neighborhood in Detroit, Burt Elementary School stands as a symbol of untapped potential. With your support, we can breathe new life into this cherished institution, transforming it into The S.A.F.E. This state-of-the-art facility will become a beacon of hope and opportunity for our community while also addressing the urgent issue of gun violence. Priced at $175,000, The S.A.F.E will serve as a comprehensive center for fitness, education, and community engagement, primarily focusing on reducing and preventing gun violence. It will provide a safe and secure space for our youth to engage in sports, physical activities, and educational programs, fostering holistic development, teaching conflict resolution skills, and promoting peaceful communities.
